This Privacy Agreement has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and other regulatory acts of Ukrainian legislation governing legal relations related to the collection, processing, and storage of personal data, as well as citizens’ rights to privacy and self-expression.
The NGO “INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATION,” taking care of its relationship with clients and recognizing the importance of ensuring the protection of your personal data, has prepared this Privacy Agreement (Privacy Policy), hereinafter referred to as the “Privacy Policy,” which defines the terms of use of the website https://digital-association.org/, hereinafter referred to as the “Site.” Please read this page carefully. The information set forth herein is important for you as a User of the Site.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms are used:
“Site Administration” – authorized employees responsible for managing the Site, who organize the processing of personal data and determine the purposes, scope, and operations with personal data.
“Personal Data” – any information directly or indirectly related to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject).

“IP Address” – a unique network address of a device within an IP-based computer network.
2. SUBJECT OF THE PRIVACY POLICY
2.1. By using the Site or purchasing a service offered on the Site, as well as by answering required registration or purchase questions, the User confirms consent for the NGO “INTERNATIONAL DIGITAL MARKETING ASSOCIATION” and its authorized persons to process personal data, and confirms that they are of legal age.
2.2. The User consents to the Site Administration processing the information provided, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, correction, use, distribution, anonymization, blocking, and deletion of personal data specified in the registration form, for the purposes of maintaining a participant database, compiling statistical reports, conducting marketing research, and interacting with the User, including via telecommunication networks (SMS, email), until such consent is revoked.
2.3. The User agrees that the Site Administration may contact the User directly by various means of communication, including but not limited to mail, email, and the Internet.
2.4. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy includes but is not limited to:
User’s full name;
Contact phone number;
Email address;
User’s residence address.
3. PURPOSES OF DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING
The User’s personal information is used for:
Identifying the User registered on the Site;
Providing effective customer support;
Delivering personalized services;
Communicating with the User (notifications, service updates, request handling);
Improving the quality and usability of services, developing new services;
Providing information about goods, services, promotions, and fulfilling obligations to consumers;

Data provided by the User voluntarily;

Verify accuracy, request additions, updates, corrections;
Request anonymization, blocking, or deletion if stored unlawfully;
Object to processing for legitimate reasons.
Requests must be sent to the Site Administration via contact details provided on the Site.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Site Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without User consent.
The updated Policy takes effect upon posting on the Site unless otherwise specified.
If the User disagrees with the changes, they must stop using the Site and may request deletion of their data.
